Alan Hackworth - Broker

Alan provides twenty two years of retail expertise. Add to that, twelve years of Real Estate Development and Construction. His brokerage offerings include Retail, Office, Residential and Land Development in Texas, Arkansas and Oklahoma. Alan was named to the Board of Governors, Commercial Investment Division by the Texas Association of Realtors. Alan's understanding of all facets of the Real Estate industry provides clients and customers with a unique combination of insight and skills.

Earlena Butler - Director of Operations

As Director of Operations, Earlena insures a detailed organization of Legacy Group's various projects. Earlena entered the field of Commercial Real Estate in 1996. Since then, she has assisted with the development of restaurants, commercial buildings and residential projects.


Dan Butler

Dan has an extensive background in restaurant franchising. With over eighteen years of experience in various aspects of Real Estate sales, Dan has received numerous honors, including the prestigious Multi-Million Dollar Award. Dan is a Board Member of the Texarkana Board of Realtors and serves on the Miller County Equalization Board.

Scott Robertson

Scott has over seven years of experience in Commercial Real Estate. He has an extensive background in business brokerage, NNN income properties and 1031 tax deferred exchanges. Scott attended Texas A&M University-Texarkana and has BBA's in Marketing and Accounting. He is now completing his Master's in Science and Accounting.


Jeffrey W. Kellam

As a practicing Forestry Consultant, Jeff provides services which include SFI/ISO 14001 third party certification auditing, contract cruising and timber marking, real estate services and consulting with private landowners. Jeff is a graduate from Stephen F. Austin University with a BS in Forestry and is a Registered Forester for the State of Arkansas.


Aven Williamson

Aven has been in the residential and commercial construction business for over forty years building numerous homes, professional offices, and strip centers. He has developed fourteen subdivisions containing hundreds of lots, both residential and commercial. Aven holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Texas. He also has a real estate and a CPA license in Texas. He is currently President of Aven Williamson Construction, Inc, and TaMolly’s of America, which operates ten restaurants in three states.


Mike Kelly

Mike Kelly joined Legacy Group as an associate involved in all aspects of commercial real estate brokerage and leasing. His professional experience includes an extensive background in customer service, business management and development, account and project management. Mike comes to Legacy Group after 32 years in the paper industry where he was responsible for logistics, transportation, shipping, manufacturing and production. Mike has a Bachelor of Applied Arts and Sciences degree from Texas A&M University Texarkana.


Bill Beaver

Bill has seven years of experience specializing in the sale and acquisition of Hospitality related properties. His strengths are in financial modeling of cash flows, return expectations, and devising deal structures. Bill represents Buyers and Sellers in the national arena and advises clients through the entire sales process starting with producing properties, negotiating offers, due diligence and closing.

Bill has a Bachelors of Economics degree from San Diego State University. His previous work experience includes the positions of Senior Management Consultant and Manager with Price Waterhouse & Company.
